CSP _ CIVIL & STRUCTURAL PARTNERS COMPANY is Local Owned Company with Offices and Projects in all cities in Myanmar. CSP Company Limited was founded in 2020, Yangon, Myanmar. Since then, the company has grown dramatically in both size and reputation.

We have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across the range of the sectors including Residential, Commercial, Governmental and Public Buildings. We have built our reputation on our clients focus and hands-on-approach. We are proud of the fact that the majority of our workload comes from repeat business and that we have a strong reputation for our competitive edge and reliable execution of all projects undertaken.

I am Sithu Aung. I was born in Yangon, Myanmar on 22 June, 1993. I obtained Bachelor Degree (Civil Engineering) in Technological University (Hmawbi) in Myanmar. I have also completed short courses of Environmental Engineering and Management from MES (Yangon), Project Management and Leadership Training and Structural Design Calculation Training at Yangon.

I worked as Civil Construction Site Engineer from April 2014 to October 2015 at Cho Zaw Engineering Company (as Internship and Junior Engineer from April, 2014 to February 015) and at Barons Industrial Technology Company (as Site Engineer from 16.3.2015 to 30.10.2015). I served as site engineer for Base Mat Foundation System of 60m Tower, 12 Storeyed R.C.C Gandawin Condo at Hledon, Yangon. Also I prepared Design, BOQ Estimating for Governmental and Private Projects in ChoZaw Company.

After that, I worked as Technical Facilitator from 11.01.2016 to 30.09.2017 at World Bank_NCDDP Project (Htantabin Township) with Relief International I.N.G.O and Department of Rural Development DRD. I prepared Estimated Budget, Design, Environmental Management Plan and Technical Plan for Community Infrastructures _Bridges, Halls, Rural Road, Tanks, School, Drain Construction and Renovation. I visited project villages regularly to review and check the Quality of Design, Construction, Contract Management, Social Safeguards and Environmental Management Plan.

After that, I was promoted as Infrastructure and Safeguards Consultant from 9.10 2017 to 31.3.2019 at World Bank_NCDDP Project (Naypyitaw Regional) with DRD. I provided Supervision, Coordination, Training and Support to township engineers and Technical Facilitators in Naypyitaw Region (Tatkon, Lewe and Pyinmana Townships) related to Infrastructures, including project detailed designs, cost estimation and BOQs, Environmental Safeguards and E.M.P, Operation and Maintenance Plan including Suspension Bridge (150’ x 4’ x 20’). Liaison and coordination with Township Level Technical departments such as MEPE, DOI etc.

After that, I worked as Structural Design Engineer from 1.4.2019 to 31.1.2022 with Professional Engineer P.E (Structure) U Myo Htet Kyaw. I, myself and supervision of my senior (Sayar) PE have made 12 Storeyed, 13 Storeyed, 8 Storeyed with Flat Slab system and many other R.C.C buildings, Steel Structural Buildings, Cinema, Shopping Centres, Bridges, Residential, Governmental projects, Renovation and Retrofitting Projects, site inspection etc.

I set up the Design, Construction and Consultancy Company Limited _ Civil & Structural Partners (CSP) at 13.10.2020. My company serve design, construction and consultancy services more and more and now we have a smart team and broad portfolio of successfully completed projects.
